Do you take custom orders/ commissions?

Whenever possible, yes! Please feel free to send me an email so we can talk about your idea. I am a resource for Art collectors from both the private and commercial sectors. From private commission pieces to interior decorators, landscape designers, Event planners, restaurants, production ceramics, props for tv/film, unique pieces made for visual & print media, and specialty brand pieces for businesses & corporate events, the sky is truly the limit!

If art is your passion and you have an interest in learning the ins and outs of hand-building ceramics, feel free to check my availability via the "Contact me" page. I have multiple selections for you to choose from small group hand-building classes, private lessons, special events, date night, etc.

Tell me about your shipping methods.

I ship using USPS Standard, Priority and USPS International standard. Ready-to-Ship items are mailed within 3 business days of purchase. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance.  I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, please be sure your address is correct when ordering. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please send me an email prior to placing your order. Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

 All items are securely packaged utilizing as many reused/recycled materials as possible. Packaging materials may include recycled newspaper, paper bags, cardboard, and bubble wrap. I attempt to keep the environment in mind and limit the use of plastic bubble wrap as much as possible. Please note, I do not provide gift wrap options.

I package and ship my items with security, stability, and the environment in mind so that your product will arrive safely and in one piece to its intended destination.

Returns

Items that are received damaged or broken must be reported to Golden Fire Ceramics within 7 business days of delivery date to receive a full refund. A photo of the damaged or broken items must be provided. If you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, notify Golden Fire Ceramics within 7 business days of delivery date to return or exchange product. Buyer is responsible for purchase of the return label. Purchase cancellations are not accepted.
